Gifts for Jewish New Year! Rosh Hashanah is coming! Part II

Hi all! How is your preparation to Rosh Hashanah going? :) As for us - we uploaded more new unique handmade jewish gifts in our LekaArt Etsy shop! 

We have already shown you some of our hamsas and today we would like to show you more!

- Charming ceramic hamsa "Ahava". In the center of this hamsa we wrote אהבה (Ahava) that means "Love" in Hebrew language. Perfect gift symbolizing love, prosperity and harmony!

This week we have an amazing thing to show you!
This is one of a kind wooden jewelry box that I've painted by hand. I have been chosen the colors very carefully so they look rich and unusual and finally decided to take turquoise, brown, bronze and white.

You may store there necklaces, bracelets, earring and other jewelry. Or just some nice tiny things that are precious for you!

This jewelry box is completely unique: I won't make any that will look the same.

NEWS! Bright jewelry box and stylish wooden letter!

Hi all!
Today we would like to show you our new items for home decor!
The first one is a tiny jewelry box "Pearl"! It's very cute and not large, so you may put your wedding rings in it!
Size: height - 2 '' (5 cm), length - 3.2 '' (8 cm), width - 3.2 '' (8 cm)
Inner dimentions: height (without cover) - 1.2 '' (3 cm), length - 2.6 '' (6.5 cm), width - 2.6 '' (6.5 cm)
This jewelry box is made of wood and waspainted with acrylic paints.

The second items is a wooden letter Aleph that we also painted with acrylic paints and covered with acrylic varnish. It's the first letter of Hebrew alphabet.

Valentine's Day Celebration. Part II

As we promised here is the 2nd part of our large collection of handmade and vintage items!
Today we'll talk about table decoration and will share some nice ideas how to make the Valentine's Day dinner special and unforgetable.

#1 First of all we would choose a table cloth. In our honest opinion the best variant for a romantic dinner is white or light grey table cloth made of natural fabric such as this lovely linen table cloth from LinenHomeShop

#2 Next step is to find nice plates and dishes. As an example we offer these cute small handmade ceramic bowls with birds by karoArt! Adorable!

#3 We are sure your boyfriend or husband will come with flowers. Guess what we should put on the table next? A vase! We picked 3 absolutely different vases.

• Amaizing vintage vase from 1970s in vintagethink

• One more breathtaking vintage vase but this one is from 1950s and made of murano glass in TheSapphireGypsy vintage shop.

#4 Maybe you would like to choose flowers yourself. Then we have some pretty ideas :)

New wooden panel that will suit every interior!

Dear followers and guests!

It's Viktoria and I would like to introduce you my new hand painted wooden panel "Chocolate Blossom". This round-shaped panel is flat but the painting is made in point-to-point technique with acrylic relief outline paints. These paints create the volume of the painting. I used earth colors - brown, bronzed and golden colors, olive, yellow and white colors. This color combination is very calm and harmonious and will suit almost every interior.

Diameter of the panel "Chocolate Blossom" - 8'' (20 cm).
Materials: wooden base, acrylic paints, acrylic varnish.
I also add a hanger on the opposite side of the item, so you may hang it on wall. :)

New jewelry box in LekaArt shop!

Hi all! I'm Elena and I have smth unusual for you today!

Almost 5 years ago I graduated from Moscow State University, where I studied history. I still love everything that is connected with Ancient times. So I decided to paint a new jewelry box and to show one of ancient Egyptian gods Horus.

Very often he was pictured as a falcon. Here are some examples:

Horus was the god of sky and sun. It's said that he also was a god of war, hunting and protection.
I liked the falcon with wide wings and based the painting on this picture :) And now we have this nice hand painted jewelry box :

Hey! Nice to see you again in our blog! Today we have smth new for you in LekaArt shop on Etsy!

Romantic Greek style napkin rings! These napkin rings are made of wood (lime), painted by hand with acrylic paints and covered with non toxic varnish.
